These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Halcyon Reels, a free-to-play social casino operated by Outlaw gGmbH Stadtteilzentrum FeidikForum & Vermietung, Feidikstraße, 2759065 Hamm, Germany. Halcyon Reels is provided purely for entertainment. There is no real money gambling, no deposits and no cash prizes of any kind. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully and revisit this page from time to time, as we may update it. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing or otherwise using Halcyon Reels, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer. These documents form a legally binding agreement between you and Outlaw gGmbH Stadtteilzentrum FeidikForum & Vermietung (“we”, “us”, “our”).
If you use the service on behalf of another person, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for them. Your continued use of the site after any change to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you cannot or do not accept these terms, you must not use Halcyon Reels.
2. Eligibility & Age
You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use Halcyon Reels. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 18 or over and that all information you provide is true and accurate. This is a strict requirement: even though no real money is involved, our social casino uses casino-style content that is intended for adults only.
- Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts may lead to suspension or closure.
- You may not allow anyone under 18 to access your account or use the service through your device.
- We may ask you to verify your age or identity at any time and may suspend access until this is done.
- If we learn that a user is under 18, we will close the account and delete associated data.
3. Nature of the Service
Halcyon Reels is a social casino provided solely for entertainment. It is not, and must not be treated as, a real money gambling service. To be completely clear:

4. Virtual Coins

- Virtual coins have no monetary value whatsoever.
- They are not for sale as a currency and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or prizes.
- They are not redeemable, transferable or refundable, and confer no ownership right or credit balance.
- We may grant, adjust, reduce, expire or remove virtual coins at any time, including for balancing, maintenance or where we suspect abuse.
Any optional payment you make (see section 6) is for access to features and content, not for the purchase of virtual coins as a store of value. When your account is closed for any reason, any virtual coins are forfeited and cannot be reinstated or compensated.
5. Accounts & Registration
To play, you create a free account. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure.
- Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and credentials confidential and do not share your account with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- Notify us promptly at hello@stadtteilzentrumfeidikforum.uk if you suspect any unauthorised use.
We may refuse, suspend or remove an account where information appears false, where these terms are breached, or where required by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Halcyon Reels is free to play. We also offer optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional virtual coins, cosmetic items or convenience features. Subscriptions are never required to enjoy the social casino, and buying one does not create any real money gambling.
- Prices, billing periods and included features are shown at the point of purchase on the subscription page.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Because virtual coins and in-game items have no monetary value, they are non-refundable once granted, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
Payments are handled by third-party processors under their own terms. You are responsible for any taxes and for keeping your payment details current.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Halcyon Reels lawfully, respectfully and only for its intended entertainment purpose. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating games, virtual coins or leaderboards.
- Fraud, impersonation, or providing false registration or payment information.
- Harassing, abusing, threatening or discriminating against other users or our staff.
- Using bots, scrapers, automation or scripts to interact with the service.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, copying or tampering with any part of the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or networks.
- Uploading malware or content that is unlawful, offensive or infringing.
We may investigate suspected breaches and take action including removing content, adjusting virtual coins, and suspending or closing accounts.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Halcyon Reels — including the games, software, graphics, artwork, sounds, text, layout, logos and the Halcyon Reels brand and name — is owned by or licensed to Outlaw gGmbH Stadtteilzentrum FeidikForum & Vermietung and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the service for your own private entertainment, subject to these terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend, restrict or permanently close your account and access to Halcyon Reels, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe that you have breached these terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, created a risk to us or other users, or where we are required to do so by law.
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. On termination for any reason, your licence to use the service ends immediately and any virtual coins, subscriptions and in-game items are forfeited without compensation, as they hold no monetary value. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — will continue to apply.
10. Disclaimers & “As Is”
Halcyon Reels is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the reliability, availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of the service.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any feature at any time. As this is a social casino for entertainment only, nothing on the platform should be relied upon as advice of any kind. Please also read our full Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, Halcyon Reels. Because the service is free to play and virtual coins have no monetary value, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims will not exceed the greater of the amount you actually paid us for any subscription in the twelve months before the claim or fifty (50).
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence, which continue to apply and are preserved.
13. Changes to Terms & Contact
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our service, the law or our practices. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page and, where changes are significant, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of Halcyon Reels after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
